What Is Home Health?

Home health is skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapy provided in your home. Care is focused on helping you manage a chronic condition or recover from an acute illness, surgery, accident or a change in medical condition. Home health care is not limited to senior adults.

Caring, Professional Staff

You can feel confident that Omnibus Home Health Care will provide you with the best care available.  Our caring staff of professionals that may visit you  include RN/LVNs and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. Additional team members we have available to you are Home Health aides and Social Workers. Providing you the quality attention you need in the most caring, courteous manner possible is tantamount to every staff member of Omnibus Home Health Care.

Extra Layer of Support

We work with other home heath care providers to supplement our services and to offer you an extra layer of support and care.

Assisted Living Support

Omnibus Home Health Care does provide services to those in Assisted Living. We do not provide home health services to those in Nursing Homes.

Our Services

Omnibus Home Health Care accepts a wide variety of insurances and there are no out of pocket expenses. We provide in-home nursing care by RNs and LVNs, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aides and social workers. We work closely with your doctors to provide the care you need at home.  Our professional staff can also draw bloodwork and perform x-rays in your home.   Wound care and IV therapy are services we provided as well.  The following are just some of the services we provide.

Kristi DuBois

Administrator & Managing Partner

Kristi DuBois is the administrator and managing partner of Omnibus Home Health Care in Nederland, Texas. She has been a nurse for 11 years with past experience in ER, Cath Lab, Surgery, Home Health and Case Management. Her passion is home health care and being able to help patients live in the comfort of their own homes as long as possible. Kristi enjoys educating the public on healthy lifestyles and promoting physically, mentally, and spiritually well-being.

Jennifer Sterling

Alternative Administrator & Director of Nursing

Jennifer Sterling is the Alternative Administrator and Director of Nursing at Omnibus Home Health Care  and has been a nurse for 15+ years, and she  continues to strive for superior care each and every day! Our duty as nurses is caring/advocating for patients! Working as the Director of Nursing, she is still able to care for the patient by communicating and coordinating with the physicians, along with a multidisciplinary approach.
